Ordering Info
Minimum Orders
The
minimum wholesale order is $250 for first orders. There is no minimum
quantity of individual products required. There is no minimum for
returning wholesale customers. For first time orders credit card payment is required at time of shipping. Net 30 payment is available thereafter.
Shipping
Bridge
for
Africa ships within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, as
long
as the quantities ordered are immediately available. Prices include
shipping from Africa; the buyer pays shipping from Colorado. We use
FedEx Ground for most wholesale orders, but are happy to ship according
to the buyers' shipping preferences and specifications. Shipping charges are calculated at the time the order is packaged and ready to send.
Backorders
Should
any merchandise be unavailable when you order, you will be notified and given
the opportunity to place the item(s) on backorder for delivery upon arrival
from Africa. We are able to do partial
shipments or to hold an order until it can be sent in its entirety if we don’t
have the specified quantities in stock at the time of order. We will make every
effort to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Product Variation
At
Bridge for Africa we partner with African artisans producing high quality,
handmade items. However, as all of our
products are handmade, unique variations from the item pictured may occur. We
ask that our customers keep in mind the unique nature of their purchases when
evaluating a product for a return or exchange; for example, variations in color
and pattern are not valid reasons for returns. However, Bridge for Africa will
accommodate the individual customer, and deal with any issues that may arise on
a case-by-case, personal and individual basis.
Damages
If
your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within two (2) business
days. Please keep all packaging
materials and merchandise in the original box for inspection. If we determine that the item can be replaced,
a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment
is required at the time of purchase for all new customers.
